Welcome to PokeSource. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pokesource.shop (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
PokeSource is an online retailer specialising in collectible products, including:
- Trading cards and sealed products — singles, packs, boxes, decks, and accessories.
- Vinyl collectible figures — stylised collectible figures, limited-edition releases, and blind-box/mystery figures.
- Related merchandise and collectibles from the wider world of collecting.
We are passionate about collectibles and aim to bring fans authentic products at fair prices. Our stock is sourced from a mix of our own inventory, trusted third-party suppliers and distributors, and pre-order allocations secured directly from manufacturers and distributors ahead of release. Because of this, availability and delivery times can vary by product, and some items may ship directly from our suppliers (see our Shipping Policy).

2. Eligibility
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
3. Products & Availability
- All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order at our discretion.
- Product images are for illustration. Collectibles — particularly single trading cards — may show minor variations in condition, print, or appearance. Where a specific condition or grade applies, it will be described on the product page.
- Sealed products and blind-box figures are sold with contents determined by the manufacturer and are random. We do not guarantee the specific card, figure, contents, rarity, or value obtained from any sealed or blind-box product.
- We do not guarantee the future collectible or resale value of any item.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK / kr.) and include Danish VAT (moms) where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
- We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
- Payment is taken at the time of purchase, including for pre-orders (unless otherwise stated).
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers.
5. Orders & Contract
- Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation (or, for pre-orders, when the item ships).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or limits on high-demand items. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
6. Pre-Orders & Restocks
Pre-order and restock terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. In short: pre-order release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and may change, and you may cancel an unfulfilled pre-order before it ships.
7. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven). Full details, including exceptions for sealed/opened products, are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and product names displayed on the Site (including those of card publishers and figure manufacturers) are the property of their respective owners. PokeSource is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer or publisher unless expressly stated. The design, text, and content of the Site are owned by us and may not be copied without permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, to use automated systems (bots) to place orders unfairly, or to resell products in breach of any applicable manufacturer or platform restrictions.
10. Warranty & Liability
- The statutory right to complain (reklamationsret) under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) applies, giving you up to 24 months to claim for defects that were present at the time of delivery.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability for death, personal injury, or intent/gross negligence.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Danish law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Consumer complaints can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, forbrug.dk). EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
